Training Accreditation Council (TAC) of Western Australia

TAC is the state training authority responsible for the auditing and registration of RTOs.

WorkSafe WA 

WorkSafe is a division of the Department of Commerce, the Western Australian State Government agency responsible for the administration of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984.

Department of Mines and Petroleum 

This department carries the prime responsibility for regulating extractive industries and dangerous goods in Western Australia, including the collection of royalties, and ensuring that safety, health and environmental standards are consistent with relevant State and Commonwealth legislation, regulations and policies.
